Hi there,
I wanted to reach out and provide positive feedback for the driver who picked us up for this booking. I forgot to write his name down, but he was exceptionally kind and helpful when we had an issue with our pickup location.
I provided your company with an incorrect pickup address, and I only realized this error about 30 minutes before he was supposed to pick us up. I had to run to the new location (which was no small feat, given the terrain and distance!) to meet him there.
He arrived at the incorrect location at the same time I did, and I was out of breath and visibly stressed. I explained to him what happened, and he immediately put me at ease while we drove to where my family was staying, to pick them up. He was the perfect driver for this stressful situation, and I'm so grateful for his kindness and help.
My husband tipped him that morning when he dropped us off at the airport, but I feel compelled to go above and beyond what we gave him, since he went above and beyond for us. Is it possible to send another 10 Euros to him?

Clean cars and friendly drivers
Booked via the website. Great price and easy comms from the office regarding how to pay and confirm. Taxi was waiting in the airport on our arrival and on time at the hotel for our return journey.
Return flight was cancelled due to the weather so we booked a third journey with them to take us back to the airport a few days later. Very friendly and would use again!

Great value versus our concierge price of 30 €. Great vehicles and polite English speaking staff. Highly recommend.

Excellent service. Booked on line and received instant confirmation. We were met at the airport as arranged. Very pleasant driver. Paid cash (20 euro each way to Funchal) on arrival at apartment. Collection from apartment was early and driver again very pleasant. Cheapest taxi on line I could find. Would highly recommend.

I would like to pass on our compliments and views of the service we received from our driver who transferred us to the airport on 25th September from the Royal Savoy. I am sorry I did not do this straight away but my husband was not too well when we got home so we are sending this now. Our driver was Gabriel, he arrived promptly and was extremely helpful. We were very impressed with Gabriel he was very professional and made us feel very safe, I am sometimes a little nervous when other people are driving, not at all with Gabriel he was very, very good. Please let him know how pleased we were and let the management know what a good employee and example he is of the company. This is the second year we have used your company and will use your services again next year. We have also recommended you to our friends.
